Sr. Business Analyst (contract)

As Sr. Business Analyst I was responsible for the re-engineering of three products, to identify and make recommendations to correct both the application issues and the inherent personnel work flow issues.

Responsible for the analysis and redesign for the Food Services Restaurants. Work included a deep dive analysis of 24 unique roles resulting in the redesign of current processes. Presented the overall processes and roadblocks, along with delivery of solution to executives which resulted in a complete redesign of work flows thereby increasing productivity within the food inventory and billing functions as well as minimizing constraints and issues in their day to day processes.

Responsible for the analysis and redesign of the Studio’s sundries purchasing processes. This involved another deep dive into the current processes also resulting in a complete redesign of current processes that resulted PO transparency to upper management, ease of PO tracking, and more efficient purchasing.

Responsible for gathering the requirements for a .net Transportation system rewrite into a new in-house product. Utilizing JIRA and agile methodologies wrote user stories, acted as product owner, and managed the sprints using JIRA agile.
