. Responsible for all plant engineering, plant layout, equipment design,
process changes, cost reduction, and product costing of domestic
manufactured goods. JD Edwards system experience.
. Installed two water base paint spray lines to replace solvent based
paint process. Cost savings of $350,000 annually.
. Installed three sets of automatic miter saws to reduce labor and
increase product quality. Total cost savings of $450,000 annually.
. Merged with Nielsen & Bainbridge in April of 2011. Transferred
domestic frame manufacturing from Tennessee plant to Pocahontas, AR

. Installed automated mat cutting equipment to bring in-house outside

this product family.
. Researched new technology and machinery in the industry to maintain
Decorel's reputation as the low cost producer of picture frames.
