JSP BRASIL LTDA Position: Product Engineering (Period: 06/2012 to present)

Practice Areas: Product Engineer Expanded Polypropylene EPP automotive.

Responsible for the commercial customer, price of new products, packaging, shipping and mark-up. Project feasibility, price quote injection mold EPP and device control;

Interface with automakers since the nomination phase of the project, preliminary phase of APQP in preparing the Technical Review, Kick Off Meeting of the product development plan validation Co-Design, prototyping, testing and validation, monitoring, validation of vehicular and technical support for the automaker;

Responsible for customer interface, analysis specifications, standards, defining the product preliminary proposals, preparation of plan design validation, prototyping, testing and validation, monitoring of vehicle validation and technical support for the automaker;

Responsible for the development and deployment process for manufacturing new products from initial design stage of the quotation, Layout Definition and implementation of manufacturing machines and devices needed for manufacturing, using tools like Process Flow Diagram, PFMEA, control plan process, Lean Manufacturing, Definition of cycle times, Balancing Production and APQP until the end of the validation process by the customer;

Support for manufacturing the ram up production after the SOP, solving any problems and ensuring the achievement of the program's initial metrics through tools such as 8D, PDCA, Kaizen, ishikawa, etc;
