Accomplishments

As Plant Manager for EDCO Corporation, we met Military Standards on

Packaging Materials for electronics products. As Plant Manager for Herb

Thyme Farms, we met all FDA/GMP Audits requirements for Organic Products

(2010-2011), managed the Cold Chain distribution of produce goods over the

US Midwest region and met all the goals in our KPI-Dashboard for COGS (Cost

of Goods Sold).

As Director Operations for Del Labs / Coty, Inc. (Leland, NC), I managed:

manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, facilities/maintenance, EHS,

quality assurance and customer service. Two shifts operations, 200+

employees and over $75 million a year in sales to the Big Box customers:

Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Walgreens, CVS, Rite-Aid, Ulta and Meijer. I had the

opportunity to lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects where

productivity, customer service, inventory accuracy and quality were

improved to world class levels, with overhead and direct costs savings,

physical inventory elimination and distribution improvements to reach 99%

Delivered On Time.

As Executive Director of Operations at Niles Audio Corporation a consumer

electronics equipment manufacturing company, I managed the implementation

of Lean Manufacturing processes for the assembling and packaging of over

300 Sku's of consumer electronics audio/video products. In the year 2000, I

was a key team player in the implementation of the ERP system and trained

over 100 employees from all NILES departments. Also, I was responsible for

the annual and monthly P&L goals, inventory planning and control, Quality

Assurance, capital appropriations and customer satisfaction metrics for

over 300 active products. During five years I managed the manufacturing

function (95% productivity), the inventory control function (99% accuracy)

and the customer service center, warranty and repairs (98% service level).
