Supervise any under execution Electrical works.

Review site procedures to ensure proper implementation of required

inspections / tests.

Review and recommend action on Change Orders / Request for deviations

regarding Electrical Engineering matters.

Review, approve, update, prepare Operation & Maintenance manuals.

Update As-Built drawings for changes that result from maintenance or

refurbishment works.

Maintained effective relationships with field crews, contractors, vendor,

outside agencies, the public and city staff.

Maintenance of 11KV/440V Substation,Electrical Faults in LT panels, Floor

lighting, Diesel Generator and all type of electrical preventive

maintenance carrying.

Knowledge of HT and LT installation works for the high raised residential

buildings
