Wave Solder Machine Operator

Job Description

Job Purpose:

Assemble Electronic Circuit Boards per specifications and ensure quality is a priority

Nature of Duties:

Hand soldering of electronic components on circuit boards for initial build, touch up, and/or repair

Set up Wave Solder Machine per profile

Monitor product for quality issues

Repair/Rework defects after wave

Build pallets

Run pallets/fixtures for the line, remove masking and fixtures

Will work in all areas of Production

Monitor product for quality issues

Ability to sit, stand, walk and bent for long periods of time

Duties as assigned

Overtime is a MUST

Education and Experience Requirements:

Able to work independently

Able to problem solve

Good communication skills

Solder certified

Good attendance

Position includes walking, bending, standing, some sitting and some lifting

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
