Machine Operator

Temp to Hire, $21 per hour + $2.50 Shift Differential

Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-11:00pm

Gahanna, Ohio

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machines used in the production of heavy-duty wet cloth products. This position requires a proactive approach, a deep understanding of machinery, and the ability to troubleshoot when necessary.

What you’ll be doing:

Operate and monitor production machines

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning

Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues

Meet daily production and quality goals

Follow all safety guidelines

Record production data

Who we’re looking for:

Pervious machine operating experience (manufacturing preferred)

Mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot

Attention to detail and quality

Knowledge of safety practices

Team player with good communication skills
