Key Requirements
Responsibilities
Handling maker operations for SODD, DL, MRC, UL and Mortgage Products
Handling title documentation receipt, scanning, verification and update in DMS system
Performing LV for loan related products
Reviewing referrals and rejects for branches
Ensuring correctness in Transaction posting
Providing efficient and effective query handling
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing them
Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or operations role, preferably in the banking/financial services industry
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using relevant software and systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
