Primary Care Physician Position Summary:

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Primary Care Physician for an established, multi-provider, adult medicine, primary care practice in the picturesque coastal town of Mystic, one of the most desirable communities in the state of Connecticut.

Position details:

Role: 100% Outpatient Primary Care Physician (Adult Medicine, 18+)

Location: Mystic CT

Schedule: Full- or Part-time, weekdays only,4-day work weeks offered

Teaching: optional with faculty appointment

Phone Call Only: average of 2 phone-call weekends/year and 1-weeknight ~ 2 months

Other offerings: Loan Forgiveness Support, Uncapped Incentive, Sign-On, Relocation
