JOB SUMMARY: Our fast-growing manufacturing company is in need of an experienced Office Manager. This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day office functions with multiple locations. The qualified candidate will have strong quantitative and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in basic accounting functions and software programs. We’re looking for a team player with a keen interest in building successful relationships with clients. Since our business environment is always changing, a willingness to learn and the ability to adapt are essential. Experience in the manufacturing or production industry is preferred but not necessary.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Assists in the automated setup of vendor accounts and account codes
Processes invoices for approval and payment, writes checks, keeps paid vendor invoice files
Prepares month end and year end closing functions
Provides accounting support for accounts receivable
Reconciles various invoices
Manage company fuel card distribution and charges for all locations
Oversee invoicing/collections
Approve and order supplies for all locations
Safety
Maintain vehicle records such as service records, pike passes, insurance, etc.
Supervise the maintenance of all office equipment including fax, copier, etc.
Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations such as distributing building access keys
Correspond with vendor regarding IT support issues
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Perform other duties and projects as required by management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
High School diploma/GED required, College Degree preferred or equivalent
2-5 years experience in office management preferred
Strong communications skills

This work is sedentary and requires the following physical activities:

Frequent lifting (up to 10 pounds of paper supplies or minor office equipment).
This is an onsite position based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
