Job Description
The Office Manager coordinates meetings, maintains databases and spreadsheets, and performs various clerical duties.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Schedules and coordinates meetings. Prepares and distributes agendas, formulate minutes and draft documents.
Serves as a liaison in dealing with both internal and external customers and organization; refers individuals to appropriate contact.
Researches, compiles, analyzes and summarizes data for regularly assigned or special projects.
Coordinates and assists in the preparation and tracking of budgets.
Processes expenditures, purchases, budget transfers and other invoices. Develops and analyzes financial reports and maintains selected fiscal records.
Makes extensive use of technological resources as required for data entry and retrieval.
Oversees and assists in the maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
Performs record retrieval for reviews and/or audits.
Education:
Associate’s degree business administration, or related field preferred.
Experience:
Three years’ clerical experience required.Company Description
