Plant Manager – Wood Industry (Plywood, Veneer)
Total Compensation $300,000 plus (Base + Short Term and Long-Term Incentives) + Benefits + Paid Relocation Package to the Southern United States.

About the Role:
As Plant Manager, you will oversee operations, empower your team, and optimize processes for efficiency and excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to inspire, hold people accountable, and foster collaboration will be key to success.
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Plant Manager or Superintendent in the wood industry, specifically plywood manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in operational budgeting.
• A proven track record in wood manufacturing, preferably plywood, OSB, or EWP.
• Lean manufacturing experience is a major plus!
• Exceptional leadership, organization, and decision-making skills.
• Management experience in a union environment a plus.
