Requirements:

Previous Office Experience

Communication Skills (Spoken & Written)

Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, adapt quickly

Ability to work independently & part of a team

Punctual & dependable

Reliable transportation

Valid driver’s license, social security card, vehicle insurance

Background check

Organized and Good Time Management- skills

Excellent telephone skills

Scheduling skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel

Knowledge of I phone, including apps, saving & sending pictures

Knowledge of Facebook postings

High School diploma or equivalent

Positive attitude

Professional appearance

Construction knowledge is key

Real Estate knowledge a plus!
