Apex Filling Systems is hiring a Production Manager to lead the assembly, production, and

testing of our cutting-edge automated liquid filling machines.

What You’ll Be Doing:

● Lead and manage a growing team of 6+ technicians and assemblers in the

production department.

● Oversee the full production lifecycle: from assembly through testing and delivery of

our custom machinery.

● Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure machines are built to spec

and delivered on time.

● Stay hands-on: roll up your sleeves and work side-by-side with your team in

assembly and troubleshooting.

● Manage project timelines and production schedules using software tools.

● Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.

● Drive continuous improvement in production processes, safety, and team

performance.

What We’re Looking For:

● Background in mechanical assembly or production of industrial or automated

equipment.

● Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.

● Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to contribute on the shop floor.

● Comfortable with production scheduling tools and computer-based project tracking.

● Able to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

● Growth mindset – eager to take on more responsibility and progress into higher

leadership roles.
