Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of assemblers, SMT operators, and electronic technicians to meet efficiency and on-time targets
Troubleshoot equipment (cable/wire, SMT, reflow ovens, washers/dryers, coating, wave solder, AOI) and processes
Read and interpret electronic schematics, drawings, and BOMs
Support operations, technical, and engineering teams with process evaluations and continuous improvements
Set and communicate production goals and priorities
Estimate labor for cable, board, and box-build assemblies from quotes and specs
Maintain production records and SOPs with process engineering
Enforce company policies (attendance, safety, environmental) and address issues promptly
Collaborate across departments to satisfy customer requirements
Preferred Qualifications
7–10 years in electronics manufacturing supervision
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
IPC standards expertise and ISO/quality systems knowledge
