Receiving Clerk Production Manager

Shipping and receiving clerk reporting to - duties include:

Compute freight costs - US and foreign shipments

Inspect receivables for damages & report to Production Manager

Keep accurate records

Package, measure and weigh items to ship

Print shipping labels, postage & schedule UPS/DHL for pickup

Prepare invoices

Review Purchase Orders to ensure accuracy for correctly processing

Track, maintain and post status of products and component inventory count

Other duties as assigned.
