Wine Educator/Bartender

The Wine Educator position is a forward-thinking server/bartender taken to the next level! Learn how to provide guests with an experience, educating them on wine and pairings. Folino Estate is looking for a Wine Educator who will be responsible for taking orders from and serving food to customers. Duties Will Mostly Include:

Oversee the opening and closing procedures.

Act as Manager when the Restaurant Manager is absent.

Assist with the training of all staff.

Give customers a great experience, the Folino Estate way.

Make recommendations on what a customer should order.

Taking food and drink orders.

Deliver orders timely.

Take into account any customer allergies.

Ensuring that tables are served properly and that all payments are collected.

The ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks, and other staff.

Previous work experience involving customer service in a fast-paced environment is greatly desired.
