Intervention Specialist â Full-Time

Intervention Specialist - Full-Time - $39-$41 per hour

Therapy Source is seeking an Intervention Specialist to deliver in-person support for elementary charter school students. This full-time position is available for the upcoming school year.

Position Details

• Full-Time

• Caseload of 12 students (may add more later in the year, but would cap at 16 students)

• 3rd and 4th grade

• Pull-out service model

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license (Resident Educator, Professional, Senior, or Lead)

• School certification in Ohio

• Current required clearances (or willingness to obtain)

• Individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities May Include

• Providing specially designed instruction aligned to student needs

• Monitoring student progress and adjusting instruction using data

• Creating a positive, structured learning environment

• Supporting students, families, and general education staff

• Coaching students in self-regulation and organizational skills

• Developing effective IEPs with measurable outcomes

• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings
