Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Program Manager with a strong background in the Healthcare industry to lead complex technology initiatives across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing software development projects, Agile delivery, stakeholder communication, and enterprise implementations. Experience managing AI/Generative AI initiatives is highly preferred.

This role requires someone who can bridge business and technology while ensuring successful project execution in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of Project or Program Management experience

5+ years of Healthcare industry experience (Digital Health, Healthcare SaaS, Healthcare Staffing, Telehealth, Health Systems, etc.)

Strong experience leading enterprise software implementation projects

Proven experience managing Agile Scrum teams and SDLC

Experience working with Engineering, Product Management, QA, DevOps, and Business teams

Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams

Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools
