Update or Delete my resume

I worked for a carnival company for ** years. I start in 2005 when I was 19 and worked until the year 2015. I then worked inside a pretzel trailer for a year or so maybe a little longer. Now I am currently a stay at home mom. I hope to someday to be able to open my own business.
