Update or Delete my resume

I've worked at Tanner in Carrollton Ga as a EVs patient associate, Carrollton nursing and rehab, I've also worked at zaxby's, and 12 for life through southwire. I have my GED, recently had to stop working at Tanner because I moved from Carrollton to Bremen and I've been there for 4 months or so.
