Update or Delete my resume

I would like a chance on changing careers. Been in oil fields over 20 years. It is a dying job in California. Looking something I can retire at. I have worked off shore to the desert. I have drove forklifts, manllifts, over head cranes and used dollys. Working in the cold and heat is no problem....
