Update or Delete my resume

I don't have a resume I'm just now finding a job trying to find a job to get out on my own one day and be an adult I'm 22 and I have made some grown adult decisions I also have some disabilities that don't affect me at all when it comes to work I'm a hard worker I am very friendly person
