Update or Delete my resume

I did Caregiver job for my mom I gave her a bath, cleaned her house, gave meds, took her 3 times a week to Dialysis, took her to her Dr appointments, got her changed, put her clothes on, transferred her from the bed to wheel chair, did laundry,went to store for her.
