Update or Delete my resume

I don't have a resume I've worked for this company called alloys Industrial here in Northwest I worked there for 18 years I got laid off last year of 2017 I am on disability and I have a ticket to work part-time if possible I'm not really sure how to do a resume but this is the best I can do
