Relevant Experience

Work Experience: 4 years, 06 months in relevant field, of various capacities, such as Mining Engineer:-

1.5 year in production operation for execution of field activities in Underground Gold Mines such as Mine Development, LDBH Drilling & Blasting, Preparation of Stopes, Production from stopes, Back Filling of depleted stopes, Transportation of ore, as per the Budgeted schedule and safety management system.

2 year in Mine Planning Cell in:

Resources planning, designing & preparation of plans and sections of proposed activities involved in Underground Mining such as Development I,e. Drive & Cross cuts in Horizontal development, Raises /Winzes development, planning for stoping operation, long hole drilling, and LDBH blasting operation.

Manpower planning for different category of activities/ task on trade wise requirement and Annual Requirement of Material, Equipment, machineries, etc planning for production purpose in relevant to underground mining.

Cost calculation, & Interpretation, for relevant activities involved in underground mining operation.

Preparation of short term & long term production schedules, comparison of actual against budget, interpretation, implementation in co-ordination, preparation incentives particular work activity, day to day & monthly monitoring schedules. And knowledge of PERT & CPM.

Designing Stoping blocks, LDBH drill plains, and Mass blasting design through Mine-CAD.

To deal with vendor development and search for alternate source for OEM items and critical items in regular moving.

Frequently visiting to underground for proper utilization of materials as per the budget and complying standard life of materials against the actual life, and co-ordination with users for requirement of critical items & safety items.

Presently serving in The Hutti Gold Mines Co Ltd (HGML), Hutti. HGML is a Public Sector Undertaking of Karnataka State (INDIA.) Government with moderately mechanized mine and inaddition to Main Unit at Hutti, HGML having 2 open cast mines and 3 underground projects.

The mine ore production is 6 lakes tones/annum.
