These accomplishments consist of continuously improving manufacturing KPIs and improving manufacturing methods related to quality improvement, improving customer service, cost reduction, and Engineering change management. They also include improved throughput in operations, improving inventory turns, customer delivery, while reducing overall costs.


• My team achieved inventory reductions of 75%, on a $12M base, over a three-year period using sound Master Scheduling techniques, Focused Factories, and KANBAN techniques along with Forecasting and Master Scheduling improvements.

• I increased annual inventory turns by 400% through the improvement of policies, procedures, training, and work instructions.

• I improved inventory accuracy through the institution of a formal cycle count program for raw materials, WIP and finished goods. With this program in place, my team achieved 99.9% inventory accuracy within 6 months and avoided the need for taking costly physical inventories.

• Using TQM/CPI techniques, I improved our on-time delivery performance from a low of 60% to a consistent level between 95-99% while reducing our total manufacturing cycle time by 44%.
