Nov. 2005- Dispatch Scheduling Supervisor Brazos Transit Bryan, TX

Present I am in charge of handling scheduling for 8 different counties, which have 17 different routes in them. I answer calls concerning scheduling issues or questions with these routes from clients as well as drivers. I also take phone calls from clients to make appointments or editing existing appointments. I am in charge of reoccurring riders in this area making, editing, and maintaining their subscription rider ship. I take complaints and resolve them from clients and supervisors concerning day-to-day issues. I stay in direct on contact with the route supervisors concerning day-to-day activities. I also handle Medicare appointments, involving making any appointments sent over by them via electronically, speaking with doctors staff, and billing for these trips. I also fill in for Medicaid dispatchers, when short staffed; this involves scheduling appointments and taking calls from clients concerning their appointments. With this position you have to have a very good customer service attitude, I have also have had to use multi-line phones, 2 way radios, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft spreadsheet, Microsoft excel and word. I have also had to become proficient in our software program we use of Trapeze and Trapeze streets.

Aug 2002- Administrative Asst. Mainstreet Homes College Station, TX

April 2004 I worked as an administrative assistant to a home leasing agent, It involved pulling credit reports and showing the model home to prospective homebuyers. I also answered the multi-line phones and gave out general buying information as requested from customers. I was also in direct contact with foreman at the building site, so that I could pass along any issues that homebuyers might have once they were moved in. I also was in contact with the mortgage and title company getting missing loan information and documents that they needed to complete files.

May 2000- Dispatcher Universal Computer Systems College Station, TX

Nov 2001 I worked as a dispatcher in the call center for the service department. I received calls from our clients, we serviced automobile dealerships. I answered questions concerning issues with their computer equipment. I would walk thru a troubleshooting process; at that time if it still were not operational I would then dispatch a technician out to the location. I would also take calls from the technicians placing equipments orders, and then I would forward the purchase order to the correct department. I also was the on call once a month, with a pager and cell phone for any weekend issues.
