I am looking to join a team environment that is forward thinking in its management style and quality focused in all aspects of its enterprise.

I will bring to your company my strong organizational ability, to effectively execute your operating plan, as well as returning inventory and expense dollars to your bottom line while improving customer service levels.

Summary of Qualifications:

I am an APICS Certified Supply Chain Manager, with a proven record of accomplishments in a diverse history of manufacturing companies, as well as being a skilled Master Scheduler, who manages schedules to achieve superior performance. My supply chain accomplishments include improving manufacturing KPIs and manufacturing methods for quality improvement, customer service, and cost reduction. My teams have achieved improved throughput of operations, increased inventory turns, and customer delivery, as well as reduced overall costs.

Accomplishments:

Achieved inventory reductions of 75%, on a $12M base, over a three-year period, through the use of sound Master Scheduling techniques, Focused Factories, and CPI techniques along with Forecasting and Master Scheduling improvements.

Increased annual inventory turns by 400% through the improvement of policies, procedures, training, and work instructions.

Improved inventory accuracy through institution of a formal cycle count program for raw materials, WIP and finished goods. With this program in place, achieved 99.9% inventory accuracy within 6 months and avoided the need for taking a costly physical inventory.

Using TQM/CPI techniques, improved our on-time performance from a low of 60% to a consistent level between 95-99% while reducing our total manufacturing cycle time.

I achieved greater than $100,000 per year in material purchase price variance savings, versus standard costs, for five consecutive years through collaborating with key suppliers.
