Improved inventory accuracy through institution of a formal cycle count program for raw materials, WIP and finished goods. With this program in place, achieved 99.9% inventory accuracy within 6 months and avoided the need for taking a costly physical inventory.

Using TQM/CPI techniques, improved our on-time performance from a low of 60% to a consistent level between 95-99% while reducing our total manufacturing cycle time.

Created process maps for all of the supply chain department functions to standardize processes.

I created ISO 9001 material control procedures and metrics for operations planning, scheduling, and performance measurements. These procedures include all disciplines from Order Entry through Shipping and Invoicing /Receivables.
