Director of Information Technology

• Responsible for managing and leading the operations of an Information Technology organization, including End User Support, Server/Network Administration, Web Development, Systems Development for approximately 1100 users in thirty seven unique departments.

• Developed and implemented a strategic plan for the IT organization that aligned with business objectives of the County.
