I managed a staff of systems analysts responsible for maintaining the legacy MRP system and EDI mapping for the Commercial Vehicle Systems division. I was involved in contract negotiation for supplemental resources, employee goal setting and reviews. I served as Project Manager for several new program implementations for the Commercial Vehicle division. I managed a call support staff that provided assistance on both the legacy ERP system and the EDI mapping for the Commercial Vehicle Systems business unit. I have worked on establishing procedures that support the corporate requirements for Sarbanes-Oxley, as well as conducting internal IS audits. I have supported supplier EDI for a new site launch in Europe, and am currently the business analyst for the iSupplier Oracle portal for supplier contact.
IT Senior Business Analyst
I managed a staff of up to 14Programmer/Developers and DBAs responsible for
maintaining the legacy MRP system. This involved production problem resolution
as well as enhancements utilizing a call center system to manage workload.. Worked
closely with the manufacturing sites to understand business needs and translate those
needs to the Programmer/Developers to provide workable solutions at a reasonable
investment. Involved in developing new processes to handle current and future
business, including links to e-business solutions. Coordinated Projects related to Customer Value Centers, prioritizing tasks, working with programming staff and plant personnel. I was the IT project manager for the launch of a new facility in Queretaro, Mexico.

U.S. Customs Operations: Reconciliation Analyst
Reconciled Vendor invoices with actual Purchase Orders and payments to verify
that valuations declared to U.S. Customs are correct and complete. Worked with
Purchasing and Vendors to educate them on proper procedures and requirements
of U.S. Customs regulations.
Pre Production Control Senior Analyst
Worked with Pre Production Analysts to coordinate engineering part releases
and related issues to insure that parts were available to support program mile-
stones. Tackled and resolved major issues related to timing, part quality, part
supply, and other supply problems. This involved understanding the total process
flow, enlisting the participation of Buyers, Engineers, Suppliers, and Plant
Systems Analyst - Training and Launch
Assisted in the design, development, training and launch of a comprehensive
material management system for Ford Powertrain Plants. This involved working
with both end-users and programmers, defining the job functionality, and reviewing
program logic. After launch, participated in resolving performance issues, training
Powertrain users in the United States, Mexico, Brazil, and Germany. Also, instituted
training for Analysts in the U.S. Customs area, Purchasing, and Engineering to help
them understand the system and how their actions impacted the operation.

and Powertrain plants to insure that parts were available to support program
milestones. Assisted in resolution of timing issues, part quality issues, part
