Taylor, Austin & Associates, Inc., Arlington, TX – My job duties included; hiring, reviewing and disciplining collection managers, collection supervisors and collectors; making monthly schedules; reviewing debt bought and sold; setting monthly goals; making sure state and federal laws are followed; reviewing legal accounts and placing them out to attorneys; reviewing accounts with attorneys; monitoring phone calls; reviewing accounts with our clients. AutoMaxx, Fort Worth, TX -- My job duties included; making monthly schedules for all collectors, motivating the department to hit weekly and monthly goals, training new collectors, hitting monthly goals on 1+ day accounts all the way to repossession, running daily reports of our delinquency, reviewing all legal accounts which included filing of Writs of Sequestration, also included reviewing credit scores of new business coming in and making a decision on approving or denying apps. I am over four collectors and one credit annalist. Our office has 1,562 accounts which are $6,582,642 dollars in out standing car notes.

Conseco Finance, Arlington, TX. – My job duties included; making weekly schedules for the collectors, following contracts make an hour and money collected, training new collectors, hitting monthly goals this included 30+ accounts to repossession, controlling and reviewing repossession of the homes, reviewing accounts, signing off on lot rent bills and legal bills, contacting our attorney on our legal accounts and making appearances in court when needed, keeping the moral up in the office, and giving out rewards for those collectors that went beyond there job duties. I was over a group of 24 collectors with 3 secretaries. Our region had 26,652 accounts this was well over $900 million dollars that we handled.
