Extensive experience in residential construction, plumbing, electrical installation, purchasing, design, and permitting.

Developed an AutoCAD as-built records system for the U.S. Army.

Served as Engineering Vice President for two Telecommunications construction

companies.

Managed the overall Government engineering operations department of

Comstock Communications while performing personal OSP engineering

requirements.

Successfully operated WEST-MONT Communications and Consulting, Inc for

over 15 years as Vice President.
