I studied for an MBA in Health and Safety Leadership, a Postgraduate Extended Diploma in Health and Safety Leadership, Engineering Studies N3,N4,N5 and other safety-related Certificates like Samtrac etc. I am currently and simultaneously busy studying for a Master of Science (MSc) in Engineering Management, a Diploma in Engineering Studies N6 and Nebosh .Also I have other relevant safety certificates. I have more than 21 years of experience as a Health, Safety and Environmental Professional and previously employed as a SENIOR SAFETY INSPECTOR / POLLUTION PROTECTION FOREMAN, SITE SAFETY MANAGER, CHIEF SAFETY OFFICER, SENIOR SAFETY OFFICER and PEOPLE BASED SAFETY CHAMPION position within the Power, Solar and Desalination plant, Mining sector, Engineering sector, Petrochemicals sector, Oil and gas refineries.
In most cases, my main role has been to develop, implement, maintain, establish oversee, enforce, overlook, monitor & control health, safety & environmental issues in the site. Imparting knowledge to fellow colleagues and subordinates has always been part and parcel of my career. I have extensive and solid work experience within the Mining / Engineering Construction field encompassing a variety of different industries work. o Implement and maintain internationally recognised management standards by utilising approved enabling technology to effectively execute the SHE business processes.
o Gather information on business/area-specific audit trail requirements and conformance details and develop, implement and maintain business/area-specific audit trails to provide assurance that all requirements are met.

Operational Control.
o Manage the process of the continuous identification and correction of workplace hazards through inspection plans and verification assessments. o Develop, test, communicate and improve response plans and procedures to ensure effective mitigation of SHE undesirable events. E.g. emergency response plans.
Governance and Compliance
o Implement the governance framework for the business SHE Integrated Management System and ensure that is correctly applied by all relevant stakeholders.
o Actively participate in legal compliance audits or authority inspections to verify SHE legal compliance
o Review and improve Occupational Safety work instructions, safety bulletins and procedures and ensure adherence thereof. o Actively participate in safety audits and provide ongoing assurance of controls.
o Ensure and coordinate the implementation of corrective and preventive actions for safety audit findings and verify effectiveness thereof. o Align and integrate SHE and other policies, procedures, work instructions, business SHE requirements and functionalities

7.3 ACHIEVEMENTS
1. SWCC Ras Al-Khair Plant gas turbines production systems achieving the highest levels of availability and reliability in the world according to the report of the performance indicators centre of ‘SIEMENS’ which covered the period from October 2021 to September2022 as the availability rate reached 96.2% compared to estimated global ratio of 93.6% an increase of 2.6%.It also achieved a reliability rate of 99.6% compared to 98.5%, an increase of 1.1%,While the operating period coefficient reached 93.6% compared to 60.8%, an increase of 32.8%.About the estimated global percentage. This achievement comes after the system was able to fulfil all its obligations to supply of water and electric power to the beneficiaries.
2. Working at the Largest Desalination and Power plant around the world, recently it broke the record of being one of the biggest, it now on GUINNESS WORLD RECORD, the plant is producing more than 1 000 000 m3/(Cubic Meters ) per day of water and it generates 2687Mega Watts -3150Mega Watts. In 2015 it won the biggest Desalination Plant around the world. During construction phase we worked more than 20, 000 000 LTI Free Hours and during operation phase more than 15, 000, 000 since 2016 to current.

4. SWCC won the Global Best Water Desalination company Award 2021 in the International competition organised by Global Water Intelligence (GWI) 5.Nominated, awarded for outstanding and best candidate during ISO 14000 audit and certification of Ras Al Khair Plant.
6. One of my greatest achievements is the completion of sampling preparation plant on BKM Khumani Iron Ore Mine (ASSMANG)
which was nominated one of the best THREE Projects in the WORLD. The Safety Statistics was also awarded the best globally we completed 10 Million hours whereby 7 Million was a LTI Free.
7. I participated in the Construction of the mine processing plants which was shipped to CANADA,then transported across the Frozen Lake By trucks 8.Doing one of the biggest Project in South Africa at Tweefontein Optimization Project
(Glencore /Xstrata) that is 7.5 KM by size and Achieve 5563,275 Million LTI Hours free and then standing at 6945,612 Million Hours.
