40 years, worked as a journeyman Sheet Metal Worker, working in Local Union #10. (1975-Jan.1 2010).

(Sept 15 1996), I started as Union Organizer for Local union # 10. Retired Jan 1, 2010. Organizing required Business to Business sales, I needed to sell the union to the business owners, and unionism is a hard sell, but we did well. I was Responsible for the state of Minnesota, North and South Dakota. I would communicate with the owners of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning shops, selling the benefits of organized labor. I’ve worked in Alaska, New York City, New York. North Carolina, North & South Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska, Montana, Wisconsin, Indiana and a number of other States.

I owned my own, Home Improvement business from 1977-1983. I did door to door sales for 5 years. Selling windows, doors, insulation, siding & roofing. I’m not afraid to go back to school and learn, if needed .I’m a self starter and will be a good employee for someone.

3) I visit Washington County Jail, once a week to introduce inmates to Jesus. And help them learn how to stay out of jail.

4)I got married in 1969, and sill married to the same lady today.
