Operation Supervisor - J&T Delivery Courier Services- Fujairah Station. Job Role & Responsibilities.

• Responsible for the entire station Performance and ensuring to meet the KPI’s and SOP’s as per the company standards and policies.

• Ensuring all the shipments are dispatched equally and within the time frame as per the cut off time.

• To make sure shipment are equally divided among the courier’s and dispatched 100 % without fail.

• Responsible to monitor Hourly performance of all the courier, follow up the low performers and found the root cause to improve the same.

• Courier Team meetings /one on one meeting to discuss any kind of issues and concern and to improve the errors in the operations.

• Responsible to monitor the CS and Ops staff to ensure inquiries and complains are handled as per the cut of time/shipments for RTO and Redispatch are pulled out on time.

• Auditing of the courier in the field/ back from field to ensure process is being followed as per the SOP’s and meet the KPI as per the target assigned.

• Handling inquiries on What’s App/ Wecom/ Wechat/ Email’s And ensuring to respond them as per the cut off time frame/Deadline.

• Responsible to maintain the Attendance/Fleet/ Cost Report/Daily Performance and Station Performance Report as well.

• Responsible for the entire inventory in the station and ensuring No shipment is lost/Damaged from our end.

• To monitor the misuse of vehicles/ Courier Performance on daily basis and take Disciplinary actions against the failure to follow the SOP’s of the organisation.

• Follow instructions given from the line Manager and ensure to be implemented and followed by all the employees at the Station.

• Follow up with branches for delivery of cards.

• Scan all the pending shipments in an excel file to remain the undelivered shipments records.

• Arrange most of the inquiries related from different departments and arrange priority deliveries.

• Coordinating with other service providers on solving delivery related issues.

• Dispatching all return shipments from courier to all departments for re-confirmations. OPERATION ASSISTANT:

Responsibilities and Role:

• Monitoring the couriers in morning and making sure all deliveries are taken by them.
