During my tenure I have been tasked with designing and developing the Global Talent department from the ground up. With that foundation established I was then able to take on the additional responsibility of cleaning up our interpreter ongoing compliance processes. By creating a strong framework and automated processes we ensure to provide only the best and most qualified interpreters to support our clients' needs and LEP community as a whole.
