Dear Sir;
Ref: Grievance Regarding my Job as a Driver for DHO I write to raise a grievance or complain about what I feel as mistreatment at the place of work by my supervisors. Through this writing, I am hoping that help shall be rendered to address these concerns I feel have affected my work. 1. I feel I am discriminated against as regards my role as a driver at the district health office as I am not recognised as such. 2. I am no longer or rarely considered for programs that involve working out of the station, especially where allowances may be realised. This now appears to be a reserve of my colleagues who are the only ones being used from program to program.
3. I am being given a negative attitude by my supervisors, as well as my colleagues.
4. Lastly, I am always under threat of being transferred to another district or station for no reason at all.
The exclusion from involvement in various programs has affected my income, for despite being salaried, these allowance help a great deal in alleviating some of the financial challenges we all face in life.
I also extremely stressed about this turn of events as this have affected my relationship with others at the workplaces.
I therefore write your office to help resolve whatever issues have brought about the status quo. My belief is that if I committed an offense, I should be charged and dully given a chance to be heard.
I look forward to your favourable and timely response. Yours faithfully
