Duties and Responsibilities

• Proficiently operating Tetra Pak filling machines in accordance with operating procedures to ensure proper operation taking reasonable care not to interfere with the set programmed to achieve set targets.

• Continually checking product quality, maintaining records and implementing preventive and correct measures.

• Ensuring compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and EHS requirements.

• Champion Autonomous maintenance activities (Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, Tighten, Maintenance tasks)

• Making proactive suggestions about operation methods, processes and increasing performance indicators.

• Assembling fittings, valves, bowls, plate, disks, impeller shaft, jaw system, forming rings and other parts to equipment with wrench to prepare for operation.
