FIRE AND GAS SYSTEM

The responsibility for Installation, Testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and Programming of FIRE & GAS systems.

To make sure that all fire protection equipment is working properly.

Analyzing all the related drawings to ensure every piece of equipment is installed properly.

Analyzing all the equipment's data sheets and client’s specifications to ensure they are programmed as per cause and effect and its working statics.

Good knowledge in the testing of panels and field-side equipment like SAP, MAP, RPSU and its field devices like TGD, FGD, SD, HD, etc.,

And interfacing of fire & gas-associated systems like PAGA, HVAC, MIMIC, ACCESS CONTROL, VISDA, ROLLER SHUTTER, FMI, AND GRAPHICS CONTROL SYSTEM.

Good knowledge in troubleshooting faults like EARTH CONDUCT FAULT, OPEN CIRCUIT FAULT, SHORT CIRCUIT FAULT, AND DEVICE FAULTS and operation method of SAP, MAP PANEL and GRAPHICS CONTROL SYSTEM, etc.,

Monitoring the stage-wise installation and inspection of panel and field equipment.

Programming and testing of equipment all over the site with the vendor as per CAUSE & EFFECT MATRIX.

Testing and commissioning of fire & gas systems with the vendor and our clients ensure all of the systems are in proper working condition.

Conduct training program for O&M, security team, and our client team members and explain the operation and control methods of the FIRE AND GAS SYSTEM.

Preparing documentation for all processes to coordinate with QC personal liaison with consultants & various internal departments.

ELECTRICAL

Good knowledge in INSTALLATION, TESTING, TROUBLESHOOTING, COMMISSIONING of ELECTRICAL SYSTEM like LIGHTING, MOTORS, EARTHING, SMALL POWER in the construction field.

Analyzing all the related drawings to ensure every piece of equipment is installed properly.

Monitoring the stage-wise installation and inspection of panel and field equipment as per client specification.

Preparing documentation for all processes to coordinate with QC team liaison with consultants & various internal departments.
