In charge of the recruitment process by identifying the candidates, performing reference checks, issuing offer letters and employment contracts. Doing the Induction for newly hired associates, giving examinations, making a quick tour around the hotel, registering in the biometrics for attendance, welcoming and introducing the new associate to the whole hotel staff. In charge of the daily, weekly and monthly attendance processing for payroll and resolves it whenever there are issues found. Doing the staff daily meal count, checking that everything is in order with regards to the staff cafeteria, staff lockers & comfort rooms. Printing and posting the latest updates and memorandum in the Staff notice boards. Ordering all the things needed by any associate & supplies required in the staff cafeteria. Accommodation spot checking every end of the month for Male & Female Flats to ensure that everything is well maintained according to the rules & regulations implemented by the Management.
