Applying for the position of Safety Officer

OBJECTIVE

As a highly motivated and creative individual I’m looking for a challenging career in an organization where I can put all my efforts to fulfill the requirements up to mark and contribute to the growth of organization by value added performance through constant learning and practical exposure WORK EXPERIENCE

work as assistant safety officer at Azeber Construction group, Douala Cameroon 2012 - 2014

worked as Shift supervisor at city school, Ajman from 2017 till date I Joined, this organization as a security officer. With my devotion and high motivation to every task given to me as well, self-devotion and good adaptability to different milieu I was appointed as Shift supervisor. With this new challenge, I got under my supervision a team of about twenty-nine staffs (office Assistants and security officers). I have been responsible of preparing and providing the team with training as far as their duties and responsibilities are concerned. I have been in charge of planning for their duty schedule for smooth operations. I also believe to have learn a lot from my team as well, for example, that being a good leader depend on the effort and the humility one put in place to motivate the followers so as to make good results. I have always been interested by safety field, one of the reason of my experience as assistant safety officer back in my country, helping others, assisting in emergency situation, which lead me to the completion of the safety course, in order to be eligible in this passionate field here in UAE. With my current position, I have work in good collaboration with safety officers and took the necessary training, I believe to be ready to face more challenges.
