Job Responsibilities:
Sampling inspection as per SOP, analysis and release of the incoming RM, PM in defined time period.
Responsible for batch & finish goods release on the basis chemical analysis & sensory before production and dispatch.
Key role in package integrity test (Conductivity test, dye test, syringe test, LS tear down, SA tear down & TS tear down test) and dissolve test of packing material (with product & without product).
Water analysis like- PH, Total hardness, Alkalinity, Conductivity, TDS, Free Chlorine & Total Chlorine etc.
Terminal inspection of FG (as per SOP when required) and sampling analysis of market, warehouse & control sample on monthly basis.
Responsible for Hygiene & Sanitization practices & Fumigation in plant area.
Responsible for chemical reagent preparation & their standardization as per SOP.
Handling & Operation of laboratory instruments for analysis of materials.
Maintained lab documentation on daily basis and completely Maintained GLP in laboratory as per SOP.
Key role in daily Calibration equipments for adequate accuracy.
Periodic check of control samples and report preparation.
Key role in AIB & GMP audit and their proper documentation.
Managed personnel hygiene and food safety practices in plant premises.
Responsible for Online process Quality control & reduced the Costumer’s Complaints.
Fulfil requirement of customer complaints and co-ordinate with Production team and Quality team. In case of any big deviation from standard and safety of product inform immediately to Production Head & Quality Head.
Handling customer complaint through proper channel and re-evaluating the complaint sample and report generation.
Managing and coordinating Pest Management of the plant, pest trend analysis and preparation, implementation action plan, liaising with the service provider for effective control
Key role in Internal Audits and verification of effectiveness of System, through internal audits.
Responsible for making CAPA and weakly complaints report as per customer wise.
Responsible for to maintaining KPI and SPC record on monthly basis
Key role in Mock recall & Traceability practices.
Monitoring of PRPs, OPRPs & CCPs & Maintaining GMP & GHP in the plant.
Verification of PRPs, OPRPs & CCPs and Validation of CCPs & OPRPs.
Implementation of Kaizen, 5S, Food Safety, GLP, GMP & GHK.
