Job Description

Responsible for installation, maintenance and repair of all equipment related to the compressed air supply conditioning system and HVAC equipment such as compressor, motor, pump, fans, etc and AC processing units.

Examines operational control and pnumatic system to diagnose problems using proper inspections, testing and monitoring techniques and safe and proper use of tools especially for these systems.

Report any serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards immediately to the manager/supervisor.

Perform the scheduled preventive installation / maintenance and general maintenance on the mechanical / electrical systems, HVAC systems to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical/electronic equipment including but not limited to programmable controls, numeral controls, power supply, pc board, gauges, and test equipment.

Provide ideas on maintenance/ design aspects of plans for major construction/renovation projects.
