I'm working at Moaaz Mohamed Chartered Accountants – Dubai, UAE, as an administrative & accountant assistant, I gained knowledge and experience in F&B sector and entertainment sector as well while working as a revenue analyst and collection officer in the Global Village Dubai, UAE for two seasons. I’ve worked in Emirates NBD Group as a Credit Officer in Unsecured Retail Credit Department and was rewarded as best employee, and worked in Noor Bank as well.

I've received my school education in UAE till the high school stage, and obtained bachelor degree in accounting major from Cairo University Faculty of Commerce in 2002, I had a summer training of the years 2000 & 2001 at one of the big four audit firms "Ernst & Young" in both audit & tax departments, I was a member of the audit team to well- recognized multinational company like Halliburton Egypt (book keeping and tax calculating), Beyer, Egypt Petro Chemicals Industries, Rola Farms and others. • Revise memos, audit and examine accounts, documents (contracts, correspondents, invoices, PO, etc..) provided by parties and opponent in case file, revise according to court requirements for both commercial and labour dispute cases, investigate and request for more document if needed, scrutinize all available materials to reach for a neutral interpretation to end with a justice opinion enclosed in a primary report before raise it to the court expert managing partner.

• Follow up with investors on their due payments, and ensure that funds are fast collected.

• Assure that contractual payments of each investor are possessed gradually within the duration of the global village season.

• Reschedule payments plan for investors when required ensuring that fifty percent are collected before peak of season.

• Comply with the company policy of confidentiality and accuracy of all data and information.

• Prepare settlement plan for late or overdue cases and transfer delinquent cases to legal department for the proper action.

• Monitor investors and cashiers for complying with contract terms and conditions associated to revenue regulations, and coordinate with IT team.

• Investigate in issued fine cases pertaining to revenues contractual terms and clauses. Aug. 2015 - Nov. 2015 Noor Bank UAE:

• Verify Customer’s data on the central bank and world check and bank searcher engine.

• Keep supervision on CC processing & dispatch team to finish the daily applications in the minimum TAT, maintain staff productivity record within the maximum and keep work follow in best rates.

• Hold meetings with sales and channels managers for policy compliance and implementing new schemes, review cases before reaching higher approving authority and return incomplete cases back to source after pointing variation or discrepancies from retail credit policy, request any documents that sustains any exception.

• Ensure compliance with retail credit policy in all types of credit card application, forward suspicious or fraud cases to investigation department and do necessary action.

• Respond to complaints or emails directed to credit cards division in RCC from branches or Sales, Production department, Card Services and customer care, Collections or other departments, and follow up with operations department, risk department, collections, and after sale department.

• Track pending application for reasons & oversee staff custody of clients’ documents and cc applications.

Nov. 2005- March 2008 (NBD) Retail Credit Centre (RCC) / Credit Processor Accountabilities:

• Provide timely and error free processing data of credit cards, Personal Loans and Auto Loans.

• Data entry and generating customer ID for new credit cards customers.

• Process all type of credit card application including corporate applications, VIP applications, and staff lending & departure.

• Verify clients’ details and validate it (150-200 calls daily), search on central bank lists their details and other bank lists to prevent duplicated requests of card types.

• Resolve all problems associated to credit card assigned by customer service through CRM, or escalate it to the proper departments for further settlement.
