Site Administration: Inspecting field sites to observe and evaluate condition and operability of facilities and structures, and to collect field survey data and measurements. Conducting tool box meetings at site before starting the job, checking QA/QC at site & conducting meetings.

Techno Commercial: Scrutinizing of contract/ tender documents for reviewing technical specifications, estimates, review of tenders and evaluations of day to day activities. Handling detailed engineering, developing service & equipment specifications, BOQ and construction drawings. Floating tenders, handling fair price / market analysis, negotiation and selection of contractor / Vendors.

Contract Administration: Evaluating & executing contracting works. Coordinating among consultants, contractors and clients. Deploying suitable manpower and equipments / materials and proper planning to ensure timely execution of the projects.
