• Model a car engine as it drove on flat earth using Simulink to learn about controller design Senior Capstone Design: Thrust Vectoring of a Micro-jet Turbine Fall 2019-Spring 2020

• Work in a group of four to design, build, and test a system for thrust vectoring and windmilling prevention

• Under events of COVID 19 the work already done was switched primarily to Design and Analysis Aeronautics: Flow Visualization Project Fall 2018

• Under ideal flow conditions students were meant to use sources, sinks, and doublets to depict various flows

• This was meant to expose students to both qualitative and quantitative characteristics of aerodynamics Mechanical Design II: Gearbox Design for a Portable Air Compressor Project Fall 2018

• In a team of 3 researched and designed a gearbox with its mechanical and material properties

• Found the stresses for the parts and number of life cycles as well as built CAD models of parts WORK HISTORY:

Student Teaching Assistant, Wright State University Fall 2017 – Fall 2020

• Assisted in class, taught recitation, graded homework, and held office hours for MATLAB, Introductory Mathematics for Engineering Applications, and System Dynamics Internship, JMS Composites, Springfield Summer 2020

• Designed and built stands for Aerators and part molds, as well as assisted where needed General Labor, PCC Airfoils, Crooksville OH Plant Summer 2018 & 2019

• Sorted, placed in baskets, and degreased airfoils to prepare for the FPI Line and checked for quality control

• Used steel bead blasting machines to remove the ceramic mold from airfoils and watched for damage General Labor, Owens-Illinois, Zanesville OH Plant Summer 2017

• Worked on a small team to keep B1-line of the factory floor producing glass bottles safely and efficiently
