FINAL YEAR PROJECT

EFFECT OF PROCESS PARAMETERS ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF CFRP COMPOSITES - This Project is to study about composite material and parameters on mechanical properties of PETG-CF material. We choose composite material to replace metal body on automobile body without compromising its strength and to improve the efficiency of the vehicle by reducing its weight. So we created some sample specimens in that using PETG-CF material with varying feed rate using FDM method by 3D printing machine and we performed several tests on it that is tensile and shore D hardness. The result obtained was the tensile strength is decreased by increasing the feed rate for hardness test it is indirectly proportional to that feed rate.

MINOR PROJECT

SMART KILL SWITCH(SKS) - Project is to design and fabricate a Mechatronics system that would kill the vehicle in absence of the rider in emergency conditions or accident.
