I have learnt whole ccpp power plant of 1200mw as a process point of view.

There my major duties are of Isolations and Normalisation of Mechanical and Electrical equipments.

Apart from that I have done hydro test for boiler drum and helium leak test for condenser.

Responsibility : I have completed the 4 Lacs Letres per day Milk Processing and packing Scada PCS7 operated Automatic plant . I have supervise the Piping / supports / Tanks /Insulation Fabrication and Erection work of MS/SS/GI .

Also Done the Installation and commissioning work of the Pumps/Compressors/DG sets / Transformers/ Panels etc.

Also I have done the Shrikhand /Dahi/Butter milk project, In which Shrikhand is Automatic plant .

I have done the Ammonoa Refregeration plant of 100 tr capacity of -5 deg and -25 deg temp. cold store and butter deep freez . Vilter reciprocation comp. AlsoSupervise the Cold store and butter deep freezer room erection.

Having a knowledge of the PLC operated pouch packing and cup feeling machines . and both types of machines have been erected by me .

Currently working in the Flavored milk plastic Pet bottle processing and packing machines supplied by the Krone Germany .

Experience : Working from 1st Dec . 2012 .

Salary : 3.8 lac CTC

Interests of work :- I have greater interests to work in the erection and commissioning of piping and tanks .
