2.Worked as SHIFT INCHARGE of Electrical Dept in M/s FERRO ALLOYS PVT LTD Garividi,Vizianagaram dist from MAR 2012 to DEC 2015.

3.Worked as 3*35MW (105MW) POWER PLANT ERRECTION ENGINEER in GIRIJA POWER PLANT & FERRO AYYOLYS PVT LTD SAMALKOTA from 2009-2012.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handled Erection & Commissioning works of 4.5MW POWER PLANT in different sections such as (BOILER DESK,TURBINE DESK, FUEL HANDLING & T.G SYNCHRONIZING DESK PANELS) In Shree Papers Pvt LTD.

Operation & Maintenance in 4.5mw bio-mass power plant & 33kv switching yard & 40T paper plant in above sections, and relay control panels PCC & MCC PANELS in SHREE PAPERS PVT LTD.

Synchronization of 4.5 MW SYNCHRONOUS GENERATOR to GRID with follow proper synchronization procedures.

Dealing an authorized electrical engineer role in power purchase agreements & monthly power bill reading note down in substations under divisional engineer’s (DE) of APTRANSCO & APEPDCL.

Required calculation done and producing (PPA) papers between power plant and APTRANSCO & APEPDCL.

Operation & maintenance of 6MVA 33/11kv transformer, 2.5&1.5MVA, 11KV/440V transformer.

Operation & maintenance & trouble shooting of Vacuum circuit breakers (VCB’S) for both indoor and outdoor applications & air circuit breaker for LT purpose.

Operation and maintenance and trouble shooting and fault finding in internal programming siemens make group drives for paper plant

Trouble shooting of different types of starters like DOL, star-delta, forward-reverse starters.

Installing VFD drives for an induction motors ranging from 0.25hp to 400hp and trouble shooting of different types of VFD’s like ABB, SIEMENS, DANFOSS drives.

Erection and assembling of automatic power factor control panel for LT motors required kvar correction purpose.

Rewinding of electrical motors for up to 450 hp for LT purposes.

Assembling of panel boards for induction motor control.

Understanding, Process flow diagrams and JB Schedule and control drawings.

Proper termination of cable at both ends, according to Schedule.

Grounding and supply termination for every panel.

MODIFICATIONS IN POWER PLANT & PAPER PLANT OF SHREE PAPERS :

1.Supervising and all responsibilities handled for Re- erection of electro static precipitator (ESP) Thermax make,replacing with new electro rods and collecting plates for ash collecting in 4.5MW biomass based power plant.

2.Adding an additional 18.5kva, 50kv DC transformer and proper cable termination between T/F & control panel in control room as per drawings for electro static precipitator (ESP) for pollution regulating standards suggested by pollution department.

3.Replacing old Star& Delta starters with new ABB MAKE VFD’S for FD, ID FAN’S and boiler feed pump’s (BFP’S) also.

4.All Re modifications done in fuel handling section including control panel wiring and motor power cables and control cables for pull cord& LCS push button & emergency stop application purpose.

5.Under my supervising every year preventive maintenance of all Transformers oil purification and oil BDV testing and relay panel & protection equipment for T.G set testing by licensed testing engineers.

6.Soft starter installation, maintenance and trouble shooting for 350hp motor for paper pulp mill purpose.

7.Replacing total plant manual on & off street light control system with new auto/manual control panel based on automatic timer & contacts designing under my guidance with my team for lighting automation purpose.

TRAINING ATTENDED:

Attended 6 months training in OH CRANES and DC PANELS control & operation in vizag steel plant in my M.Tech studying time.
